• Please understand, children are not permitted
in the salon unless they have an appointment for services.
We cannot accommodate children during a service or treatment.
If your children are with you at the time of your appointment
we will ask that you reschedule.
• Should
a cancellation be necessary, please call 24 hours in advance
for a single service visit and 48 hours for a multi-service visit.
A cancellation fee equaling the price of the scheduled service(s)
may be charged if notification is not received within these time
frames.
• As
a courtesy to the client following, please try to be prompt for
your appointment. If you are late, we may need to reschedule
you or offer you a shorter service.
• Day
packages and multi-service visits must be prepaid upon booking.
Please be prepared to give a credit card number when booking.
• We
accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
• Prices
are subject to change without prior notice.
• Gratuities
are not included in the cost of the services or packages.
• Please
arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your day package
to fill out information forms and change into a robe and slippers.
