salon or by phone. Please allow 1 - 2 days for processing on
phone orders.
Gratuities

Coordinating
day package schedules require more time when booking. Please
call and request the dates and times when you are available to
come in. Allow 24 hours for the spa coordinator to find available
times and return your call to confirm your appointment.
You may upgrade any service in any package when booking. Price differences
will be changed accordingly.
Remember,
Spa Gift Certificates are nonrefundable and valid for two years
after date of purchase. Spa vouchers remain on file at the spa.
